A Sophisticate at "V" Fitness: Session Eight: Inspiration

As an artist you have to keep everything in balance. There is the physical, the emotional, and the spiritual. When I went to work out for Session eight there was a feeling of anticipation. I knew I had an important meeting with a potential client. I woke up a little tired yet motivated. Knowing I had an important I almost cancelled. It’s easy to cancel but it’s harder or more satisfying to follow through.During the work-out session, my trainer Matt and I were talking as we usually do going through the difference exercises.

The trainers at Vertex Fitness have become friends. They are people who you can develop a working relationship. They care about your physical and emotional well being. Today was no exception. My trainer Matt started asking me questions about my upcoming meeting. He started pretending as if I were already at the meeting. Maybe it was the work-out but as I worked out my mind became clear and the endorphins kicked in.

Endorphins. Inspiration. That is what a fitness regime does for mee. When I go to Vertex Fitness this is never more true.

When I got to the gym, I’m slightly tired and know they are going to be ready to test the limits of my capabilities. When I leave the gym, I feel like I’m going to be ready to achieve the limitless nature of my potential. In the end, Vertex Fitness provides motivation to be my best as wellas inspiration to achieve my best. ;D
